Procedures for recruitment of foreign students to theSchool of Skills

• Preparationof the documents necessary for recruitment:

1. Application for admission to school – appendix 1
2. Xero copy of the student’s passport
3. Certificate of birth– translated into Polish language
4. Certificate of school completion – translated into Polish language
5. Notarial decision regarding legal guardian– translated into Polish language
6. Medical certificate on no contraindications to practice a profession –translated into Polish language
7. Student’s immunization record card – translated into Polish language
8. 8.Application for admission to a boarding school – appendix 2
9. Two photos

• Basic knowledge of Polish language will be an advantage
• Sending the prepared documents: to the school’s e-mail address, to the school by post or delivering them personally.
• On the basis of the documents provided, we issue documents to the consul, which should be submitted in order to obtain a student visa.
• It is possible to apply for 2 majors: motor vehicle mechanic and cook.
